Statement of Purpose
The National African-American Insurance Association (NAAIA) was organized to create a network among minorities employed within the insurance industry. Pooling this wealth of talent contributes to the growth of the association and its members through the sharing of professional experience, knowledge and information.
NAAIA promotes professionalism in a manner that will lead to industry recognition and future career opportunities.
Mission
NAAIA Chicago shall coordinate the local efforts of African-American insurance organizations and professionals. We will work in tandem with the national organization to support and lead activities that influence the personal growth and professional development of our members.
